- Not for persons under the age of 18 years
- Not for diabetics
- Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Not to be used by any person experiencing liver health issues
- Not to be used by any person who has nevi, irregular moles, who has had moles mapped, who has exposed birthmarks or who is taking Roaccutane or its analogs
- Not to be taken by any person who is epileptic or who has experienced seizures
- Not for persons who have a history of melanoma (skin cancer) or related skin conditions
- Not for persons who have or do exhibit hyper-pigmentation in any way, shape or form
- Not for persons who have experienced any cardiac arrhythmia or heart problems
Possible Side Effects:
There are a few possible side effects which users of this product should be aware of as follows:
Most clinical trials have shown darkening of the moles and freckles and not particularly visible moles will become noticeable in the loading phase of the product. This is normal. After 3-4 weeks your skin darkens around these areas and an even tan is acquired.
In very rare cases mild nausea has been reported (this does not apply if the correct dosage is followed). Mild nausea can result in weight loss from loss of appetite.
In men, Melanotan-II has also proven to be a libido boost.
